Procurement of Materials and Labor for the Project Improvement/Construction of Coagulation & Flocculation of Cawayan Sedimentation Tank
1. The VIRAC WATER DISTRICT (VIWAD), through the CY 2024 Annual Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Seventy One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Nine and 78/100 Pesos (P2,571,659.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials and Labor for the Project Improvement/Construction of Coagulation & Flocculation of Cawayan Sedimentation Tank. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The VIWAD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within seventy-five (75) working days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
