Project under SPRINGBOARD II" with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) One Hundred Thirty-Eight
Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php 138,900.00). Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at the opening.
