Description : I. BRIEF BACKGROUND :

The Department of Tourism-National Capital Region is set to extend its support in the
upcoming "Heavenly Dreams" event, a Victoria-s Secret-inspired fashion show scheduled to
take place on March 6, 2025, at the VS Hotel Convention Center, Victoria Sports Club, Quezon
City.
The event aims to showcase high fashion, entertainment, and international branding
with themed runway segments, celebrity performances, and interactive elements. The
organizers anticipate significant local and international reach through social media and
billboard promotions. The show will welcome twenty (20) distinguished VIPs, including
renowned media personalities, beauty queens, industry leaders and advocates who embody
influence and elegance.

II. OBJECTIVES:
a. Promote Philippine Tourism and Culture - Highlight locally made textiles and fashion
through a dedicated segment in partnership with DOST-PTRI, reinforcing the Love the
