intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION AND FORTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(₱ 1,040,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MANUAL DEFIBRILLATOR WITH
PADDLES, CARDIAC MONITOR AND PULSE OXIMETER UNDER MEDICAL
AND DENTAL DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT FOR USE OF GARCIA MEMORIAL
PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, TALIBON BOHOL with Procurement Reference No. 2024-
000889. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
