Technical Specifications:
1. 12 months provision of Janitorial Services at DepEd - Division of Cagayan de Oro City, rendering two (2) Shifts:
5:00AM - 3:00PM
10:00AM - 7:00PM
-Six (6) days a week (Monday-Saturday, including Holidays)
Two (2) Utility personnel, one (1) of them shall have expertise on minor repairs and plumbing.
2. The Service Provider shall provide five (2) utility personnel who are:
a. Two (2) males
b. of good moral character and without criminal or police records;
c. physically and mentally fit, as evidenced by the medical certificate; and
d. duly trained and skilled to function as utility personnel.
e. One of the utility personnel must know how to do minor maintenance repairs and plumbing in the office.
e.1. Capable of fixing/troubleshooting pipes inside the ceiling when the need arises;
