PROCUREMENT OF MANLIFT

1. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay, through the 20% Development Fund (Continuing Appropriation) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (₱2,860,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Manlift with Contract ID No. Goods-2025-31 (PR#8980-25-08-0131). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
