1. The Municipality of Batuan, through the PhilHealth Konsulta Trust Fund (May 2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand One Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 276,140.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB Solicitation No. 2025-112. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Municipality of Batuan now invites bids for the above Procurement and Delivery of Goods is required within 40 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
