1. Permit from DOH to conduct mandatory drug testing
- On site Requirements : (within NFPC premises)
2. Conduct urine extraction by authorized and experienced
Medical Technologists
3. Provision for proper and hygienic waste disposal
- Off-site testing will be required for employees who are on official
travel and unavailable on the scheduled on-site testing with justifiable reasons
Note: Payment will be based on the actual number of employees
who availed of the examinations
