Description : The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region III, through the Continuing Appropriations (FY 2024) - Agency Specific Budget (Sub-Aro No. 2025-09-1238), intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos (Php 1,861,553.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Maintenance of the Upstream Electrical Components (1 MVA Transformer & MVSG) and Emergency Power Backup System (2x750 kVA) of EGDC-01/ Subic Data Center with Bid Reference No. BAC-2025-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
