Tender are invited for PROCUREMENT OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Procurement Mode : Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9)

Description : 1 lot Procurement of Maintenance Services, from March 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025
with the following provisions:

1.) Deployment of 1 electrician and 1 plumber, who shall report for work every Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the following qualifications: (a) at least 21 years of age; (b) holder of TESDA NCII Certificate; (3) with at least 1 year relevant experience; and (4) no derogatory record reflected in the NBI or Police Clearance;

2.) Daily Rate of the Skilled workers shall be at least Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 550.00). The 13th month pay, 5 days leave pay, Uniform Allowance and Retirement Benefits shall not be waived or free of charge or lower than the statutory minimum standards set by labor laws. The breakdown of specific charges shall be attached to the Quotation

3.) Submission of proof of payment of the SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG monthly contributions

4.) The Skilled Workers shall be provided with 4 sets of uniforms, at no cost to the workers, which shall be worn Mondays to Thursdays. ID cards shall also be worn at all times.
