1) The AFP Logistics Support Command (P), through General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2025 (Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN PESOS (PHP3,706,857.00) for LOT 1 and FIVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY THREE PESOS (PHP5,210,143.00) for LOT 2 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot for the Procurement of Machinery and Equipment Outlay - Other Machinery and Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
