1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 (Republic Act No. 12116) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Pesos (Php3,632,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Machinery and Equipment Outlay - Information and Communication Technology Equipment (OSSSM Project), for the AFP E-Library Automation Project, as briefly described below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
