Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF LONG SLEEVE WITH HOOD (WARMER) AND SUBLIMATION SHIRT

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Silangan, through the SK Funds CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (PHP 49,800.00) only being the ABC to pay for the PROCUREMENT OF LONG SLEEVE WITH HOOD (WARMER) AND SUBLIMATION T-SHIRT with Purchase Request No. 03-002-2025 to be charged through the SK-s General Fund-MOOE.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Silangan now requests for quotation for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) calendar days.

Suppliers for this procurement is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, according to RA No. 5183.
