*Cover all costs for loading, transport, and unloading at each school, including alternative transport (e.g., boats, motorcycles, porters) for remote and river-crossing area.
*Includes mobilization and demobilization of vehicles and manpower until all items are fully delivered to the recipient schools
*any contingency costs within the duration of hauling and delivery of the items
*Liable for any loss, damage, or shortage of materials during transit until officially received by the school.
*Full payment shall only be made upon submission and validation of duly signed and complete proof of recipient schools
