Description : III. DELIVERABLES AND TIMETABLE

The bidder shall be engaged upon issuance of the notice to proceed but not later than
April 23, 2025.

The bidder must be capable of providing team-building services, which include the venue, food, room accommodation, and other basic amenities, based on the following specifications:

1. Event Date: April 29-30, 2025 (Tuesday and Wednesday)
2. Duration: 2 days and 1 night
3. Guaranteed Number of Participants: 100 pax
4. Venue Location: Preferably within the eastern region, offering a scenic view, and approximately 2 hours by land from Metro Manila (e.g., Rizal)
5. Accommodation Requirements:
o Villa-type accommodations with Filipino-inspired design
o Air-conditioned rooms
o Bar and kitchen access
o Comfort rooms with towels and bed linens provided
o Private pool
o Function room equipped with a sound system, videoke, and projector
o Managed buffet meals, preferably Filipino cuisine (inclusive of 1 lunch, 1 breakfast, 1 dinner, and 1 PM snack)
