Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the FY 2025 - GENERAL FUND under the Office of the Agriculture , intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY. (PHP 1,500,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "PROCUREMENT OF LGU LAGAYAN GARBAGE TRUCK". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF LGU LAGAYAN GARBAGE TRUCK to be delivered at Poblacion Lagayan, Abra.
