Description : The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 13, through the Special Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Program FY2026 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 7,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of LEO Satellite Internet Subscription and O&M Support for PICS-Municipalities through WISPS in Region XIII. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 13 now invites bids for the Procurement of LEO Satellite Internet Subscription and O&M Support for PICS-Municipalities through WISPS in Region XIII. The activation of internet subscription of all existing 40 kits under the contracted lot shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
