of Region 1. The inclusion of the Philippines in the itineraries of international cruise ships travelling across
Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao continues to solidify the country-s status as one of Asia's top ten cruise
destinations.
The country further demonstrated its gowing prominence as premier cruise hub by hosting the
first-ever SEATRADE CRUISE ASIA (SCA) 2024, one of th world-s e leading cruise events in the world and
showcases the country-s growing prominence as a premier cruise events, under the Marcos
Administration.
For CY 2025, we are expecting 4-5 maiden and returning cruise ship calls at the Currimao Port,
