1. The Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Cebu Province, through the program Support Fund for the Implementation of the ARAL PROGRAM for Training of Trainers intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Pesos (P 2,593,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF LEASE OF VENUE, MEALS, AND ACCOMMODATION FOR DIVISION TRAINING OF TUTORS ON THE ACADEMIC RECOVERY AND ACCESSIBLE LEARNING (ARAL) PROGRAM ON OCTOBER 15-17, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
