PROCUREMENT OF THE LEASE OF VENUE AND FULL-BOARD ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE 18-DAY CAMPAIGN TO END VAWC ACTIVITY AND TEAM BUILDING OF THE BUREAU OF THE TREASURY MIMAROPA REGION TO BE HELD IN THE PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE ON DECEMBER 10-12, 2025

I. RATIONALE / BACKGROUND

In line with the Gender and Development (GAD) initiatives of the Bureau of the Treasury (BTr), the MIMAROPA Region will conduct an Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children (Anti-VAWC) Campaign Activity to strengthen awareness, understanding, and commitment of employees to gender-responsive governance.
Concurrently, the Region will also hold its CY 2025 Year-End Activity, Christmas Fellowship, and Team Building to foster camaraderie, improve interpersonal relationships, and boost morale among personnel across the MIMAROPA region.
