  INVITATION TO BID FOR
  THE PROCUREMENT OF LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE
  FOR PCUP-DOTR PMO
  
  1.The Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) - DOTr Project Management Office (PMO), through the GOP intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 4,640,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for twelve (12) months. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2.The PCUP-DOTr PMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for twelve (12) months. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
