Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Lease of Additional Internet Protocol (IP) Phone Lines with Managed Cloud-Based Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Solution for Deployment at Foreign Services Posts and Consular Offices
1. The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the FY 2024 Continuing Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (PhP 3,000,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Lease of Additional Internet Protocol (IP) Phone Lines with Managed Cloud-Based Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Solution for Deployment at Foreign Services Posts and Consular Offices with project identification number PB-GS-18-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
