1. The Department of Education - Schools Division of Negros Oriental, through the SARO Order No. OSEC-7-24-3295 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Four Million Four Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Four Pesos and 62/100 Centavos (Php 44,439,674.62) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Learning Tools and Equipment for Technical Vocational and Livelihood Courses, details as follows;

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
