PROCUREMENT OF LEARNING TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT - SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS EQUIPMENT (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)

1. The Schools Division Office of Apayao, through the FY 2026 General Administrative Support Fund intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Five Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and Fifty Eight Centavos Only (Php 11,534, 999.58) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF LEARNING TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT - SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS EQUIPMENT (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Schools Division Office of Apayao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
