Activation of a cloud-based Learning Management System for Apayao State College with at least 3 Regular Semestral initial subscription of a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) with consultancy and technical and user support service.
The LMS shall be seamlessly accessible thru all platforms via web and mobile platforms.
a. Accessible via Windows, IOS, Android, Linux and other mobile platforms. Availability of mobile application access via Android
b. The LMS shall possess features which exams and learning activities may be configured towards a path of sequence according to preconfigured flow/ structure as designed by instructors.
