The COTABATO FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (P 2,394,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
