Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF LEARNING EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS FOR THE 2021 REGIONAL TVET INNOVATION CENTERS (RTICS)

1. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2022 Continuing Appropriation of Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventeen Pesos and 20/100 (₱199,999,917.20) for the Procurement of Learning Equipment and Systems for the 2021 Regional TVET Innovation Centers (RTICs) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for all items in each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
