Description : In Compliance for Small Value Procurement as stipulated in Section 34 of IRR of RA 12009;
1.) One (1) Unit Drying Machine - Tumble dryer, gas-heated, with a minimum loading capacity of 50 kg, stainless steel drum, gas heating, and steam thermal oil. Trans Flow: Radial & Axial. Control System: Microprocessor-controlled. Electrical Supply: 220V / 60Hz / 1Ph. Standard Requirements: The unit must have a current and valid certificate of the manufacturers compliance with ISO and CE certification. Users manual in English. Two (2) copies each of the operations manual and service manual. Original brochure. Training Requirements: The supplier must provide training, orientation, and product demonstration for users and maintenance personnel of the health facility. A certificate of training must be noted/signed by the head of the facility. After-Sales Service: The bidder must provide a certificate ensuring that spare parts will be available at authorized Philippine service centers for at least five (5) years after the warranty period.
