INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF LASER MEASURING EQUIPMENT, MEASURING TAPE (50 METERS) AND MEASURING TAPE (10 METERS)

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the TRUST FUND-BUILDING PERMIT SHARE 15% COLLECTION (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2024-02) intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (₱27,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF LASER MEASURING EQUIPMENT, MEASURING TAPE (50 METERS) AND MEASURING TAPE (10 METERS) HILONGOS TF-2025-04-112. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
