1. The Nayong Pilipino Foundation invites all PhilGEPS registered suppliers to bid for
the Procurement of Laptops for Nayong Pilipino Foundation with Public Bidding
No. 2025-NPF-PB-003 in accordance with the provisions of the Updated 2016
Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) No.
9184.

2. The Nayong Pilipino Foundation, through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB),
intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Nine
Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos and Ten Centavos (PHP 1,280,932.10). Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
