PROCUREMENT OF LAPTOP FOR PROJECT E-KONSULTA: ENCODING DURING THE LEARNERS HEALTH ASSESSMENT

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Ninety-Five Pesos Only (Php 953,095.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Laptop for Project E-Konsulta: Encoding during the Learners Health Assessment / B-G-2025-303. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Five (5) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, regardless of the number of years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one contract similar in nature and complexity to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
