Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF LAPTOP (LIGHTWEIGHT)
1) The ENERGY REGULATORY COMMSSION (ERC), through the Continuing
Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2024 and Current Appropriations for Fiscal Year
20254 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand
Pesos Only (PhP13,320,000.00), inclusive of all government taxes, and other fees
and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for Laptop (Lightweight). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The ERC now invites bids for One Hundred Eighty (180) units of Laptop computer to
enhance work efficiency. Portability will serve as an essential tool in upholding the
confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information, in accordance with the
technical requirements prescribed in MITHI Steering Resolution No, 2025-06 for Laptop
(Lightweight) Specification. 5Delivery of the Goods is required to be made within thirty
(30) business days for order basis after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders
