1) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year Framework Agreement through the National Expenditure for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Six Million Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Forty Pesos Only (PHP ₱166,030,240.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item of the Procurement for Laboratory Supplies and Blood Bank Reagents with IB N0. PB-GOODS 2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot/item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Procurement of Laboratory Supplies and Blood Bank Reagents with IB N0. PB-GOODS 2026-001 . Delivery of the Goods is required fourteen (14) calendar days after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
