  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
  Procurement of Laboratory Supplies and Blood Bank Reagents
  
  1) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, through the GAA Fund for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Five Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (PHP 45,767,850.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement for Laboratory Supplies and Blood Bank Reagents with IB N0. PB-GOODS 2026-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot/item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Procurement of Laboratory Supplies and Blood Bank Reagents with IB N0. PB-GOODS 2026-008 . Delivery of the Goods is required based on the calendar days specified in Purchase Request/Terms of Reference (TOR) upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
