Procurement of Laboratory Supplies and Blood Bank Reagents
1. The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, through the GAA Fund for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (PHP ₱13,926,660.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Laboratory Supplies and Blood Bank Reagents with IB N0. PB-GOODS 2025-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required based on the calendar days specified in Purchase Request/Terms of Reference (TOR) upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
