Delivery period: SECOND WEEK OF EACH MONTH; results shall be sent via email first, accompanied by the progress billing statement.

Originals shall be sent after payment.
Place of delivery: F.O.B. Sogod Water District Office, Sogod, Southern Leyte | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, OFFICE HOURS ONLY.
Alternate pick-up point: Any port in Leyte or Southern Leyte.

"In case of failure to make the full delivery within the time specific above, a penalty of one-tenth (1/10) of one percent for every day of delay shall be imposed."

Quotation must be denominated in Philippine Peso, inclusive of all taxes and levies.
