1.The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC), through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Six Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos and Fifty Six Centavos Only (Php 18,679,268.56) being the Total ABC under the contract for the Procurement of Laboratory, Blood Bank, Dental, & Radiology Supplies 2nd Sem 2025 .
Partial Bid is allowed. Unit Cost indicated in the Bid Tender is the ABC per line item. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MHARSMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Twenty (20) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years, with an amount of at least 25% of the Total ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
