Description : The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Region III, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the following:

Procurement Project : Procurement of Labor, Supplies and Materials for the Rehabilitation of CHR Region III Office

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE PESOS AND 12/100 (PHP 965,823.12)

SCOPE OF WORKS

The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment, and perform all operations necessary to complete the project, Rehabilitation of CHR REGION III Office located at Commission on Human Rights Regional Office III Building, Malikhain Street, Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.
