Note:
-Immediate conduct of installation and/or repairs is necessary to ensure the safety and health of all DOLE XI building occupants and sustain client service satisfaction of the office
-Contract shall be inclusive of testing, commissioning, proper turn-over of equipment, applicable warranties, and training of DOLE personnel
-Supply of safety equipment, OSH personnel, and PPEs to workers by the contractor in compliance with the requirements set by D.O. 198
