Description : 1. The Philippine National AIDS Council (PNAC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP5,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Labor and Materials for the Repair of Roof Trusses and Replacement of Roofing and Ceiling including Rewiring of Electrical Systems and Installation of Lighting and Power Outlets of the Department of Health (DOH) Building No. 18 under IB No.2025-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PNAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within sixty (60) calendar days as specified under SECTION VI (Specifications). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
