Facility" with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Two Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred
Sixty-Six Pesos Only (Php 258,966.00). Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the
opening.
