for the Procurement of Janitorial Services with Provision for Cleaning Supplies and Materials for 2026

The Cebu Normal University, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2026 and Special Trust Fund (STF) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos and Fifty-Six Centavos (Php10,593,664.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Janitorial Services with Provision for Cleaning Supplies and Materials for 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Cebu Normal University now invite bids for Procurement of Janitorial Services with Provision for Cleaning Supplies and Materials for 2026 using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB).
