Description : 1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Thirty-Eight Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Thirty & 76/100 (₱38,798,030.76) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Janitorial Services for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Central Office (DENR-CO) for CY 2026 under Bid Ref. No. DENR-CO-2025-059. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DENR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The janitorial services shall be for a period of one (1) year from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Similar in nature shall mean “Janitorial Services”.
