Description : 1 lot Procurement of Janitorial Services consisting of three (3) janitors for Leyte Convention Complex, Palo, Leyte for the period from April 1 until December 31, 2025.

SCOPE OF WORK:
DAILY ROUTINE OPERATIONS:
1. Sweeping, mopping, spot scrubbing and polishing of all floors. Main lobby, entrance ways, waiting areas and comfort rooms shall be serviced continuously during hours of public use to guarantee cleanliness.
2. Dusting, cleaning of vertical and horizontal surfaces and polishing of glass doors, glass partitions, window ledges and walls.
3. Emptying and cleaning of trash bins. Proper segregation of trash/garbage and disposal to receptacles provided for this purpose.
4. Cleaning and sanitizing of toilets and washrooms which include the use of special) and disinfecting agents in wash basins, urinals and toilet bowls and toilet plungers for minor de-clogging, and emptying and washing waste baskets and placing plastic liners.
