Description : 1. The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and to participate in the bidding for the above-mentioned project in accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.

2. The AFAB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
