Janitorial Services for the Year 2026

(Early Procurement Activities for FY 2026)

The Isabela State University-San Mateo, Isabela through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Pesos (₱886,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Janitorial Services for FY 2026 with the Project Identification BAC-SM-JS-2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Isabela State University-San Mateo, Isabela now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods and Services is required for the period January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
