PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICE PROVIDER 12 MONTHS
IB NO. 2025-13

1. The Department of Health- Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through funds from GMS AND OBC - NVBSP in the amount of Four Million One Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos (Php 4,186,675.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT JANITORIAL SERVICE PROVIDER FOR 12 MONTHS.

2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3. The Department of Health- Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required for twelve (12) months upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
