Procurement of Janitorial, Messengerial/Clerical, and Driving Services for January to December 2026
The service provider/contractor must:
1. Pay the amount due to personnel to include the following:
(a) Basic Salary
(b) 13th Month Pay
(c) 5 days Incentive Leave
(d) SSS Contribution
(e) PhilHealth Contribution
(f) ECC
(g) Pag-IBIG Contribution
(h) Solo Parent Law
(i) Any other related laws
2. Immediately, provide reliever in case of absence of the assigned personnel.
3. Ensure all personnel assigned shall follow the rules and regulations which DTI Region 6 may furnish in writing from time to time.
4. Discipline, supervise and control its personnel including the signing of their Daily Time Records.
5. Replace any personnel within two (2) days upon written request by DTI Region 6 due to valid reasons.
6. Conduct weekly spot inspection on the performance of the personnel assigned at DTI Region 6 as the basis for the signing of their Daily Time Record. To be validated by FAD.
