1) The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Pesos (Php 22,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Janitorial and Other Manpower Services for Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MHARSMC now invites bids for Procurement of Janitorial and Other Manpower Services for Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC) in accordance with the provisions of Section 12, Rule II of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act (NGPA),".
