Description : 1) The PhilHealth Regional Office IX, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and 10/100 (Php 2,986,977.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for Procurement of IT Toners with IB No. PRO IX 2025-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2)The PhilHealth Regional Office IX now invites bids for Procurement of IT Toners with Invitation to Bid No. PRO IX 2025-002. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifty (50) working days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years (October 08, 2023 - October 07, 2025) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
